Talking is a huge step for any Toddler![]
Toddlers can build upon 5 levels of Communication Skill by doing things like talk or babble with other Sims or learn with Flash Cards. As the Toddler advances their Communication Skill, new interactions will become available for the Toddler.
Upon age up, a high Communication Skill will allow the Toddler to get a boost in their Social Skill.
